Shipping and Returns

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.

You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items.

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. All online payments are handled securely by PayPal – you do not need to have a Paypal account, you can use your normal credit card. You can also choose to pay by cheque, by choosing the appropriate payment option in the shopping basket.  Postal address and payment details  will be shown in the confirmation page and again in your confirmation email.

Shipping
We aim to deliver to any address in the UK & Europe within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent by first class Royal Mail. A charge of £3.50 for P&P applies. P&P is free on orders over £60 in the UK only. P&P on orders to other European Countries is £7.50 on items not exceeding 300g in weight. For heavier items, please us the Contact form to inquire about shipping charges.

Overseas Orders
We do not normally ship to non-European countries. 

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Returns
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase once you've received it, you can return it to us in its original and saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note that special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, but we will be happy to replace it for a different product or issue a credit note if the item is unsuitable.

Faulty items
Should any product purchased from Collarways be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the collarways.co.uk website then we will either replace or refund the product. Please call London Drama on 0207 388 6555 if you wish to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax,e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

At a time when the arts in education are under increasing challenge, the Conference is designed to inspire and support anyone with an interest in or professional engagement with Educational Drama and Theatre whether in London, or elsewhere.
Our aim is to make links, and put you, the wide range of practitioners, in touch with one another - to share current projects and practice.
Featuring: Cecily O'Neill (keynote), with workshops from:
Adam Annand, Andy Kempe, Daniel Shindler, Lucy Cuthbertson, Paul Sutton.

STEP

STEP is a borough-wide partnership linking the theatre community and education and youth sector in the London Borough of Southwark.
STEP aims to equalise, extend and deepen the theatre and drama experience of all young people living in Southwark through the development of strategic partnerships between schools, youth and community groups and theatres and performing arts organisations.
STEP's objective is to work closely with Southwark schools, youth and community groups and theatres and performing arts organisations to develop creative approaches to learning and provide innovative projects which stimulate children and young people's personal development and contribute to their educational attainment.
