Teaching The New Edexcel GCSE Drama Course
led by Lucy Williams
Wednesday 17th November 6.30-8.30pm; venue to be confirmed
This course is aimed at both teachers new to the new specification Edexcel GCSE course and to current teachers who wish to refresh their ideas and approach.
The format of the course is that an experienced drama teacher will describe the practicalities of implementing the new Edexcel GCSE Drama specification in their own situation. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and gain ideas and advice to guide you.
This format should give all teachers, both those new to the specification and also current teachers, an excellent practical grounding as well as clear guidance and inspiration.
Lucy Williams is Head of Drama at The Charter School in Southwark and also leads the PGCE Drama course at Central School of Speech and Drama.
